(Health) The way of beautiful abdominal..


This is an abdominal exercise.
It makes well-balanced body and you`ll have beautiful abdominal
muscles that you wanted.
First, the best way is folding your hands behind your back. Then,
sit down and stand up.
You must do this 15times per one set.
Next, I recommend sky bicycle. Most people know it.
This is simple and easy. But it is very effective.
Put your hands at your head beside and lie down.
Your legs draw toward your upper part of the body and pedal
as if you are riding a bicycle.
Such this simple exercise makes you a beautiful woman.
Don`t forget. The most important thing is tenacity.
Try it. Do your utmost!!!
