(Diet food) Lower fat and Lower calorie....

[SPICY CHICKEN 231 Kcal]

Let`s make this food.
It tastes good.

※ Preparation
Chicken with bone 600g, a cup of yogurt, curry powder with 2 little spoons,
paprika, Chili powder, chopped garilc, salt with a big spoon.


※ Recipe ( It`s so simple. Everyone can make it.)
① remove skin and fat of chicken.
② mix yogurt,curry powder ,paprika,Chili powder,chopped garilc,salt
③ put chicken in ② and keep about 30 minutes.
④ roast chicken at 30 minutes in oven.


※Lower Calories !!!
① To remove skin and fat of chicken is important.Because there are so many
fat in chicken`s skin.
② Use oven instead of fry a chicken in oil can reduce fat.

★You can be a silm woman while you eat.★



This food has more calroies than SPICY CHICKEN!!!
